#### 主管设置欢迎语：新对话首次收到客户消息时自动回复

登录到主管端，点击菜单栏 【运营管理】- 【欢迎语回复】 - 选择分组，点击【新增回复】，弹窗后输入标题等相关配置，从素材库中添加素材选择（一套模板最多设置5条 问候内容）。

【运营管理】 - 【关键词回复】，选择指定分组，操作基本与【欢迎语回复】相同，模板设置时，需要输入触发关键词与触发模式，一个关键词最多设置5条回复内容
