# 敏感词监控

\*\*敏感词：\*\*在管理后台，点击 【 内控管理 】 → 【 敏感词监控 】 → 点击 【 新增 】 ，按需设置后点击【 确定 】

1. 可监控所有开启敏感词开关的激活码下所有工单聊天室发送内容，触发敏感词后台即可记录
2. 当敏感词设置为禁止发送:发送消息涉及敏感词则无法发送，当敏感词设置为允许发送:发送消息涉及敏感词仅在后台做记录
3. 聊天室内直接发送内容与先翻译后发送内容都会触发敏感词
